Phénomène and Bulles de Phénomène. Two alcohol-free wines produced to the same high standards as our traditional Muscadets. Vinified in stainless steel vats, matured on lees, then de-alcoholised (using low-temperature vacuum distillation to preserve their aromas), they are ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy a good glass of wine without compromise.
